Ok I am like, actually losing my mind. I have the full version of this game and I just can not beat the final level in under 15 rounds. I think I just can't even figure out what the strategy could be. I've tried a couple different ways but admittedly I prioritize a range spam. I can kill off every single enemy on the level in under 10 rounds, but the second it comes down to that Seraphim angel or whatever it is, I can't seem to damage it. Like at all. Does it just have a 99% block rate and the RNG is hell? Is it immune to ranged attacks? I don't think it is because using ranged spam I did win by like... round 25 so clearly I hit it somehow. There's obviously no enemy that can shoot THROUGH it and hit the ropes behind it. What is the gimmick for the goddamned Seraphim. I can't take this shit no more man ToT
The eye enemy from Morgan's level seems bugged. Unless this is intentional, the only way i could damage it was maxing out fire rate on first bot and get them on all lanes. Some shots would finally hit then. Otherwise, no matter the minion, i couldn't hit it. Great game still, just got really mad then.

Sounds, Music, Art design all solid, not too much more to say on them in the general sense.
Nice simple fun gameplay loop a sort of rogue-like reverse tower defense, only beat two so far both taking a bit of trouble until I realized how good range was for getting XP and that XP doesn't scale with damage and going back to beat the first one in under 15 rounds. Edit: Came back and edited this before posting after finishing the third rescue.
I'd recommend tying XP to damage instead of hits, because if you upgrade damage early on you're kinda making it harder on yourself because you'll get less XP.
Dunno if it's fixed yet but I think the attack 'dead' enemy might be when a unit has two enemies at the exact same range so it ends up attacking straight ahead or maybe at the last valid target because it can't decide between them? Or it might be as others have said and it just can only shoot up so it gets stuck.
Oh a UI change that might be nice is some way to select all lanes and spawn 3 of whatever I have selected at once. I'd love to be able to send out more synchronized attack waves.
There's a lot of potential for future expansion on the concept if you want to make a bigger game to sell. More lanes, More enemies, maybe multiple maid rescues in the same map, maybe future mode of protecting with your own defensive monsters while sending attackers. Lots of potential. Enemies that heal/buff others, or jump between lanes (haven't finished it yet so maybe they already exist). Maps with different time limits, or maybe a way to get more time during a round? Different round limits for bonus scenes? Secret/Bonus level if you get all the other ones done in time or maybe just a hard mode?
For the maids, my only complaint is to have some more body shape/size variety, (at least in a hypothetical future bigger sequel/spiritual successor, although that might be more work sprite/animation wise?) Shorter/taller/thinner, ectera. Although from the DX image that might be already changed in DX version! Having more than one maid in a scene too?
Dunno if DX does it but maybe have the maids say something if you click on them during the round? Little neat idea.
I don't see the game reminding you of the 15-round bonus really after the first mention but I might be missing it? If there isn't another reminder you could add in a line in the normal rescue scene for ones 16+ mentioning something like "If only it took 15 rounds or faster to have more time together." or something like that as a in-game reminder? Maybe there's a better way to do it? Edit: Oh it's in the question mark by the pause button on the map. I wonder how many people never click on it like I did until just now... oops. I guess I only checked the main menu looking for a tutorial/help/guide option. Maybe put the question mark as [explanation] or [guide] on the main menu too?
A Bestiary of stats for the enemies (maybe after rescuing that maid or maybe before to help players plan?) would be nice too, maybe a brief description/name for them too? (Screen Shots show that DX has a bit of that so that's good! Still a Bestiary on the main menu too could be nice (Ally/Enemy) variants noted?
no matter what i do ( after purchasing the game ) it doesn't neither open or load and entering the console only shows error messages and debug failiures. please tell me what to do i don't want to feel like i wasted my money :(
Can you tell me what errors you are getting? It may just be that your video card isn't supported by Godot 4.4. I'm not sure how old your machine is, but that would be my guess.
Enjoying DX! Only played a bit so far. Nothing game-braking but a couple questions:
What does BLK do exactly? Is it supposed to reduce damage taken? It looks like a percent but it can go over 100...
Is the cloud in Belle's level supposed to do 0 damage? It doesn't seem to stun or do damage over time. Belle's level is very easy.
Some issues (you might already know about these):
If a unit has enough range to target the next track, they'll try to shoot at it even if they can't hit it. It's a problem for units that can only shoot straight up, they'll stop and shoot at nothing forever, losing the round.
Maeve's first sex scene bug. The bed is in the middle of the screen and moves around when clicking.
If a unit reaches the top but you haven't cleared all tracks, you just have to wait to run out of time. Not game-breaking, but kind of annoying. If you have no units on screen and you can't summon any more, maybe the round ends? Or just kill units that go off the screen?

BLK is a % chance to block attacks, potentially preventing damage or stopping piercing attacks. The cloud unit dealing 0 is a typo from me, will update. I've encountered the "shoot forever" bug once or twice, but thought I fixed it... I'll take another look. Already patched the Maeve bug! Redownload. Units should die when they go offscreen... Must've accidently turned that off. I'll look into it.
i love the soundtrack so much while trying to rescue a girl, does the soundtrack have a name you can find online or did you made it yourself? it had no reason to go so hard
LOVED the game not talking about the porn part the gameplay is great never seen such a consept done before and loved the game overall hope to see more projects from you

What is the difference between master of the house and the DX paid version?
DX has all new art, QoL, and dialogue updates.
